Delivery

After we have received payment either through: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery Card, or certified cheque. Your purchased goods will be sent out with either Canada Post or Federal Express. Insurance is applied to all shipments and can be tracked by way of tracking number.

Please avoid a P.O. Box address for shipment for it is likely to be delayed and cannot be guaranteed. This occurs due to:

1) some P.O. boxes are too small to hold package.

2) There is no one to sign for the shipment.

We take extra care with privacy, and assure you that your information is safe and kept confidential.

Delivery costs

A stadard delivery charge of $15.00 Canadian applies to a t-shirt anywhere in North America.

Order confirmation

After submitting your order through an internet purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This confirmation is sent within minutes after an order is placed and the funds have been approved. If you do not receive this confirmation, it is most likely due one of the following: an error in your e-mail address (double check the spelling of your e-mail address that you did not make a typo!), your address for shipment does not match that address your credit card statement is sent to. Be sure to provide your full name, and street address as it appears on the credit card and credit card monthly statement.


Return policy

All of our goods are checked for a high quality before they are sent out for shipment. We understand that sizing can be an issue when ordering clothing from the internet, therefore if you have ordered a t-shirt for example and it does not fit. Contact Customer Service within 15 days from the date of purchase to check our inventory for another size for an exchange. You will have to mail back the t-shirt to Pocket Pictures: 123 Queen St. P.O. Box 170, Toronto, ON M5H 3M9 and it will be our pleasure to send you another size. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Canceling your order

If you have changed your mind and have sent a certified cheque, you can e-mail or call us to cancel your order if the cheque has not been deposited. You can cancel your order in the Cardholder Information before you hit continue. After that point, you can e-mail us as soon as possible and we can reverse a charge if your goods have not been sent out for shipping. If you want to cancel midway you can return the item for an exchange, minus shipping.

Payment options

The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery cards. If you prefer not to provide credit card information or transactions over the internet we accept certified cheques to be mailed to: Pocket Pictures 123 Queen St. West P.O. Box 170, Toronto ON M5H 3M9, please send an e-mail regarding your order to mail order. Once payment information is received, your order will be sent for delivery.

Payment policy

(1) Payments may be done by certified cheque or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discovery).
(2) The purchasing price is due immediately after the order without deduction.
(3) The client is considered in default of payment, without further explanations from Pocket Pictures, if he does not settle the invoice within 14 days of goods delivery. The consequences of the default are in line with the legal provisions.
(4) If the payment method chosen by the client is not feasible, despite being carried out by Pocket Pictures in accordance with the contract, due to a lack of funds in the client's account or the submission of incorrect data, the client must reimburse Pocket Pictures or the third-party instructed by Pocket Pictures to handle the payment the additional costs thereby incurred usually in the amount of $25.00.
(5) Regarding the payment procedure, Pocket Pictures is entitled to use the services of trustworthy third-parties for handling payments.
a) In the event of delay in payment, Pocket Pictures may assign claims against the client to a third-party. In doing so, we may send personal data required to handle the payment to this third-party.
b) In the case of third-party involvement to handle the payment, Pocket Pictures will consider the payment completed only once the amount has been made available for the third-party, in accordance with the contract, so that the third-party can have unrestricted access to the amount owed.
c)Any good returned for exchange should be returned in the same condition it was shipped otherwise we will not be accountable to guarantee the exchange.

Sales tax

Applicable sales taxes are added to all purchase ordered.
